Your business isn’t a collection of departments.
Marketing affects sales. Sales affects operations. Operations affects customer experience. Customer experience affects retention, referrals, and what happens the next time someone finds your business.
But most growing companies measure those things separately.
DarkSwell looks across the entire customer journey to understand how the pieces are actually working together — and where revenue is getting slowed down, lost, or left on the table.
The goal isn’t more dashboards, more reports, or more software.
It’s a clearer business.
Built by asking better questions.
DarkSwell grew out of years spent working inside and alongside eight-figure businesses across marketing, sales, customer service, technology, analytics, and operations.
Much of that experience came from working closely with owners and visionaries while also spending time with general managers and department leaders to understand how the same business looked from different seats. That perspective made it possible to connect leadership problems with what was actually happening inside the systems, processes, customer experience, and day-to-day operation of the business.
Over time, that work increasingly became about translating those problems into practical changes — websites, CRM systems, automation, tracking, marketing, messaging, sales processes, and the way information was presented back to leadership.
That perspective became the foundation for DarkSwell.
Most specialists optimize their piece. DarkSwell looks at the system.
Cross-functional
Marketing, sales, customer experience, analytics, and operations are examined together rather than as separate disciplines.
Business-first
The objective isn’t improving a marketing metric for its own sake. The question is whether the improvement makes the business work better.
Evidence-driven
Decisions start with what customers and business data are actually showing — not assumptions, trends, or whichever dashboard happens to be open.
The answer is usually between the dashboards.
or buried somewhere in Google Sheets.
How growing SMBs actually work.
DarkSwell writes about the systems behind modern SMB growth — analytics, marketing, sales, AI, customer experience, conversion, and revenue operations.
Not as isolated tactics, but as parts of the same business.
The goal is simple: make complicated ideas useful to the people actually running the company.
